Synopsis:

I’m a Wild Seed is delightful graphic memoir, sharing the author’s process of undoing the effects of a patriarchal, colonial society on her self-image, her sexuality, and her concept of freedom. A collection of lively autobiographical comics which guides the reader through an understanding of queerness and what it means to one woman of color. The author reflects on her the ways in which oppression was cause for a late bloom into her queerness. We discover people and things in the author’s life that help shape and inform her LGBTQ identity, and we come to a better understanding of her holistic definition of queerness.

ABOUT THE TOUR

The tour for I'm A Wild Seed will take place from April 18th to May 1st. 

This tour is open to bookstagrammers in the USA and physical copies will be provided.

We usually expect reviews from participants but please indicate on the form if you'll be unable to provide this.
